1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Creator”, or “Publisher”) and HiqMobi (“Company”, “we”, “us”), governing your access to and use of the Share360 mobile application and website.

By downloading, accessing, or using Share360, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit guardian consent) to register and receive financial payouts.
• Registration is performed via Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate and authentic account information.
• Each individual creator is permitted exactly one active account. Creating duplicate accounts or utilizing automated multi-accounting tools is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination.

3. Campaign Participation & Tracking Mechanics

Share360 provides promotional offers from verified third-party advertisers:

• Campaign Types: Offers include Cost-Per-Install (CPI), Cost-Per-Action (CPA), Telegram broadcasts, and exclusive Special Brand Deals requiring prior application approval.
• Tracking Links: Creators must use their designated shortlinks. Altering, redirecting through third-party cloakers, or embedding links in malware is strictly prohibited.
• Postback Crediting:Campaign payouts are credited when a verified real-time postback is received from the advertiser's mobile measurement partner (MMP) or when your submitted campaign proof (Instagram Story/Reel URL, screenshot, video) is approved by our audit team.

4. Anti-Fraud & Reward Forfeiture Policy

HiqMobi maintains automated behavioral fraud inspection and manual audit controls. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using emulators, click-farms, bots, proxy networks, or VPNs to generate simulated conversions.
• Submitting fabricated, photoshopped, or duplicate campaign proofs.
• Misleading followers with deceptive guarantees of instant lottery or gambling winnings.

Forfeiture Clause: Any earnings, wallet balances, or referral bonuses accumulated through fraudulent or prohibited means will be immediately forfeited, and the associated account will be permanently banned without recourse.

5. Wallet & Payout Terms

• Zero Platform Fees: Participation in Share360 is 100% free. We never charge registration, activation, or membership fees.
• Minimum Withdrawal Threshold: Creators can initiate withdrawals once their confirmed balance reaches a minimum of ₹5.
• Payout Channels: Disbursements are transmitted directly to your nominated Indian UPI ID (e.g. Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) or Bank Account (NEFT/IMPS).
• Processing Times: Standard automated UPI transfers are processed swiftly, subject to banking server maintenance and fraud clearance checks.

6. Intermediary Status & Limitation of Liability

HiqMobi operates as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. HiqMobi does not manufacture or directly supply third-party advertised applications. Users participate in third-party services at their own sole discretion. HiqMobi shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party app malfunctions.

7. Grievance & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
