Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
1. Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited conduct when using Share360, including our mobile application, tracking shortlinks, campaign proof submission systems, and referral networks. Compliance with this policy is mandatory for receiving rewards and maintaining an active account.
2. Strictly Prohibited Fraudulent Activities
To maintain campaign integrity for our brand partners, Share360 enforces automated fraud detection systems. The following practices are strictly prohibited and result in immediate ban and forfeiture of earnings:
- Automated Bot Traffic: Using scripts, headless browsers, emulators, automated clickers, or bot farms to simulate link clicks or app installations.
- VPN / Proxy / Tor Spoofing: Routing traffic through data center proxies, VPNs, or TOR exits to forge geographic locations or create artificial impressions.
- Incentivized Click Rings: Organizing mutual click rings, fake task exchanges, or misleading users to click links under false pretenses.
- Fake / Altered Proof Submissions:Uploading forged screenshots, recycling old proofs, or submitting other creators' post URLs.
3. Prohibited Content in Campaigns
When promoting Share360 campaign links across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, or YouTube, creators must NOT associate our links with:
- Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic material.
- Illegal betting, gambling, speculative schemes, or illegal narcotics.
- Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or political propaganda.
- Cracked software, pirated media, malware, or phishing schemes.
- Deceptive claims promising unrealistic instant wealth or impersonating official brand accounts.
4. Social Media Platform Compliance
Creators must comply with the Community Guidelines and Terms of Service of the respective platforms where they share links (Meta/Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google/YouTube). Do not spam groups, flood comments, or violate platform messaging limits.
5. Enforcement & Violation Reporting
HiqMobi reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend accounts, and withhold pending payouts generated through fraudulent means. Suspected violations can be reported to Legal@hiq.mobi.
