We respect your right to data erasure. You can delete your account instantly inside the mobile app, or submit a verified request below.

Instant Deletion via Mobile App (Fastest)

If you still have the Share360 app installed on your Android device, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This clears your device credentials and immediately flags your profile for database deletion.

Request Deletion via Compliance Desk

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, submit this verified deletion notice directly to our designated Grievance Officer (Sreetama Roy, Legal@hiq.mobi).

Critical Reminders Prior to Deletion:

Withdraw your wallet balance (minimum ₹5) via UPI or Bank Transfer before submitting.
Your linked social profiles (Instagram, Telegram), click statistics, and referral code will be permanently disabled.
Data records are purged in accordance with our 30-day retention schedule under Indian law.
