1. Introduction & Operating Entity
HiqMobi (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Share360 mobile platform and associated web properties (“Platform”). Share360 is a performance and influencer monetization platform empowering independent creators, social channel managers, and publishers to discover verified Indian brand campaigns, share tracking links across social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube), and receive earned payouts directly to their nominated UPI or bank accounts.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, process, protect, and delete personal data when you access or interact with Share360, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
2. Governing Legal Framework
This Privacy Policy complies with:
- Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 43A, Section 72A, and Section 79 Intermediary Guidelines)
- Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 (Republic of India)
- Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and User Data Policies
3. Concrete Inventory of Data We Collect
We adhere to strict data minimization. We only collect data necessary to maintain account security, verify campaign performance, and disburse earned payouts:

4. Third-Party Service Providers
We transmit data to trusted, compliant third-party infrastructure providers strictly to deliver platform services:
- Google Identity & Firebase: OAuth authentication, Crashlytics diagnostics, and cloud push messaging.
- Apptrove (react-native-apptrove / Trackier MMP): Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) and attribution analytics. Used for tracking marketing and campaign referrals, processing deferred deep links, generating unique attribution identifiers (such as Apptrove ID and click ID), collecting device & network telemetry (operating system version, IP address, advertising identifiers), and recording milestone conversion events (such as account registration, social profile linkage, and offer completions) to validate genuine conversions and prevent attribution fraud.
- Mobile Measurement Partners & Postback Gateways (AppsFlyer / Direct Server Postbacks): Validating real-time app installs, sponsor postbacks, and conversion events.
- RBI-Authorized Payment Gateways & Banking Rails: Initiating outward UPI and IMPS bank disbursements to your nominated account.
HiqMobi never sells, rents, or monetizes user personal data to third-party data brokers.
5. Data Retention, Erasure & Deletion Rights
In compliance with DPDPA 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and permanently delete your personal data:
- Instant In-App Deletion: Inside the Share360 mobile app, navigate to Profile → Settings → Delete Account to instantly clear local credentials and schedule immediate profile removal.
- Web Request: Visit our dedicated Delete Account Page to submit a verified request to our Grievance Desk.
- Retention Period: Upon confirmed deletion, all personal data, social links, and device records are permanently expunged from production databases within 30 days, retaining only immutable audit logs required by Indian tax or anti-fraud laws.
6. Security Safeguards
We implement comprehensive TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, parameterized database schemas, and role-based access control. Review our full security practices at our Security Policy.
7. Statutory Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, HiqMobi has appointed a Grievance Officer:
